Keeping workers productive
- Beds for everyone. A base without enough beds burns through Sanity and productivity collapses.
- Keep the feed box stocked. Hungry Pals stop working and eventually take damage.
- Watch Sanity. Overworked Pals slow down; rotate them or add more workers.
- Do not over-assign. Too many Pals in a cramped base creates pathing problems and lag.
- Match the roster to the goal. A dedicated ore base wants miners and transporters, not a mixed crew.
